Process management

– Osteoarticular infections, especially those related to the implantation of joint prostheses. Their study is essential since they lengthen the time of care and cause the loss of effectiveness of an invasive procedure. Despite the abundant case material, there is still no consensus on the effective measures for the management of these infections, and especially, in the additional actions that should be carried out to avoid them.
– Definition of cost-effective measures in the management of joint prostheses related infections. The impact on the National Health System would be disruptive. It is likely that the orientation towards training that these measures usually take, leads to other actions related to the psychology of organizations and neuromarketing techniques.
