The Galicia Sur Health Research Institute (IISGS) and the Biomedical Foundation are working for the obtention of the “HR Excellence in Research Award”, which grants public recognition to research institutions that have made progress in aligning their human resource policies with the principles defined in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter & Code).
The IISGS has carried out a thorough Gap Analysis of the entity on the basis of which it has prepared an Action Plan, both necessary documents, along with the Open, Transparent and Merit-Based Recruitment (OTM-R), for obtaining the HRS4R award.
